Using Klarna through Apple Pay
The Apple Pay option will only appear when checking out on a compatible iPhone or iPad. Please make sure your device is updated to the latest available version of iOS or iPadOS.
How it works:
- Choose Apple Pay at checkout.
- Tap “Other Cards & Pay Later Options.”
- Select Klarna and choose your preferred available payment plan.
- Confirm your purchase using Face ID, Touch ID, or your passcode.

Terms and Conditions
These Terms of Service (Terms) are a legally binding agreement between you and HairByEster Education (HairByEster, we, us, our). By purchasing or accessing any HairByEster Education offering, including virtual courses, online trainings, live webinars, digital products, downloadable materials, communities, or subscriptions (collectively, the Education Services), you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, do not purchase, enroll, or access.
- It’s a pre order and if the class is confirmed, then it is 100% nonrefundable
- The second payment is due once confirmation is made
- The tickets are non-transferable
- The access to the virtual education is for three months and will be granted a month before the class
Additionally:
- Professional Eligibility and Licensing Assumption
1.1 The Education Services are intended for licensed cosmetologists and licensed beauty professionals only.
1.2 By purchasing or accessing, you represent and warrant that you are a currently licensed cosmetologist or otherwise properly licensed to perform hair services in your jurisdiction.
1.3 All students are assumed to be licensed cosmetologists. We do not provide basic licensure training, and we do not assume responsibility for unlicensed practice.
1.4 You are solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws, regulations, and licensing requirements in your state or country.
- Eligibility and Account Responsibility
2.1 You represent that you are at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract.
2.2 You agree to provide accurate account information and keep it current.
2.3 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
2.4 Login sharing is strictly prohibited. Your purchase is for one individual user only. You may not share, transfer, sublicense, sell, or allow any other person to access your account, course portal, downloads, or community access.
2.5 You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate access to protect the Education Services and our intellectual property.
- Purchases, Payment Plans, and Taxes
3.1 Pricing, payment options, and inclusions are described at checkout or on the applicable sales page and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
3.2 If you select a payment plan, you authorize us and our payment processors to charge the payment method on file according to the schedule presented at checkout.
3.3 Failure to complete a payment plan is a material breach of these Terms. We may suspend access to all course materials and pursue collection of the remaining balance to the fullest extent permitted by law.
3.4 You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or bank fees associated with your purchase.
- All Sales Final, No Refunds
4.1 All sales are final. No refunds are issued for any reason, including but not limited to dissatisfaction, failure to complete the course, lack of results, or changes in personal or business circumstances.
4.2 Because this is a digital product, no transfers, credits, or rollovers are permitted.
4.3 You agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes. If a chargeback is initiated, we may suspend access immediately and pursue recovery of funds, fees, and associated costs as permitted by law.
- Access and Availability
5.1 We strive to provide continuous access to the Education Services; however, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or lifetime access unless explicitly stated at purchase.
5.2 We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue content, features, or access at any time without liability.
- Virtual Learning Environment Expectations
6.1 You agree to engage respectfully in all live sessions, chats, and community spaces.
6.2 Harassment, discrimination, disruptive behavior, or inappropriate conduct may result in removal without refund.
6.3 You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary technology, internet connection, and environment to access the Education Services.
- Assumption of Risk
7.1 You understand that applying techniques demonstrated in the Education Services involves inherent risks, including allergic reactions, scalp irritation, hair damage, or other adverse outcomes.
7.2 You voluntarily assume all risks associated with implementing techniques in your own practice.
7.3 You are solely responsible for ensuring all services you perform comply with local laws, licensing rules, manufacturer instructions, and client suitability.
- Educational Purpose Only, No Guarantees
8.1 The Education Services are provided for educational and informational purposes only.
8.2 We do not guarantee any specific results, including income, client growth, skill mastery, certification acceptance, or business outcomes.
- Recording, and Permitted Personal Use
9.1 You may not record, reproduce, or distribute any portion of the Education Services unless explicitly permitted in writing.
9.2 Screen recording, downloading, sharing, or redistributing course content is strictly prohibited.
9.3 We may restrict or revoke filming privileges at any time, in our sole discretion, including for privacy, intellectual property, or safety reasons.
- Intellectual Property, Copyright, and License Restrictions
10.1 All Education Services content is owned by HairByEster or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. This includes, without limitation: curriculum, manuals, slides, videos, demonstrations, frameworks, terminology, course portal content, graphics, templates, and the HairByEster method and system (the HBE Method), whether registered or unregistered.
10.2 Subject to your compliance with these Terms and full payment, we grant you a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to access and use the materials for your own personal learning and your own behind the chair services.
10.3 No teaching or training rights are granted. You may not use any portion of the Education Services to teach, train, certify, coach, mentor, or instruct any other person or group, whether paid or unpaid, in person or online.
10.4 You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, sell, sublicense, rent, loan, broadcast, upload, post, share, or create derivative works from any Education Services content.
10.5 You may not share passwords, share downloads, screen record lessons, rehost videos, or distribute course materials in any format.
10.6 We reserve the right to seek injunctive relief, damages, and all legal remedies available for violations. You agree that unauthorized use causes irreparable harm.
- Confidentiality and Non Distribution
11.1 Certain content may be considered confidential and proprietary, including methods, processes, sourcing standards, blending systems, ratios, and internal operational guidance.
11.2 You agree to keep such information confidential and not disclose it to others except as required by law.
- Third Party Platforms
12.1 We may deliver materials through third party platforms such as course hosting, payment processors, email service providers, analytics providers, and community tools.
12.2 Your use of those platforms may also be subject to their separate terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third party systems, outages, or changes.
- Termination and Access Suspension
13.1 We may suspend or terminate your access immediately, without refund, if you violate these Terms, including intellectual property violations, login sharing, chargeback abuse, harassment, or disruption.
13.2 Upon termination, your license ends and you must stop using all materials.
Disclaimer of Warranties
THE EDUCATION SERVICES ARE PROVIDED AS IS AND AS AVAILABLE. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON INFRINGEMENT.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HAIRBYESTER WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOSS OF BUSINESS, LOSS OF DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION.
IN ANY EVENT, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE EDUCATION SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US FOR THE APPLICABLE EDUCATION SERVICE IN THE SIX MONTHS PRIOR TO THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless HairByEster and its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your participation, your conduct, your violation of these Terms, or your misuse of the Education Services.
Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York, and you consent to jurisdiction and venue there.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The Last updated date reflects the most recent version. Continued use of the Education Services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
