HairByEster Education — Terms & Conditions

By enrolling in any HairByEster Education class, training, virtual course, or Masterclass (collectively “Education Services”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.

1. Enrollment & Payment

  • All payments are final and non-refundable.

  • Your seat is not secured until full payment is received or an approved payment plan is completed.

  • HairByEster Education reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a program. In the rare event this happens, you will receive a transfer to a new date or credit toward another class — no cash refunds will be issued.

2. Transfers & Rescheduling

Because seats are extremely limited:

  • You may request one transfer to a future class date if submitted at least 30 days before your scheduled class.

  • Transfers are subject to availability and are not guaranteed.

  • No transfers or credits will be granted for requests made within 30 days of your class.

3. No-Show & Late Arrival Policy

  • No-shows, same-day cancellations, or late arrivals that prevent you from participating will result in forfeiture of your seat and payment.

  • Out of respect for the class and educators, please arrive on time.

4. Education Access (Online Courses + Materials)

  • Access to digital materials (Blueprint, Video Bank, virtual modules, downloads) is time-limited as stated at purchase.

  • Sharing login information, reselling content, or distributing materials is strictly prohibited.

  • All course content is the intellectual property of HairByEster Education.

5. Intellectual Property & Use of Materials

By joining the program, you agree that:

  • You may use the methods taught for your own professional work behind the chair.

  • You may not reproduce, film, teach, copy, or sell any part of the curriculum, techniques, worksheets, or videos.

  • Recording during class is not permitted unless approved.

Violations will result in removal from programs and may result in legal action.

6. Model Participation (If Applicable)

  • If your class requires a model, you are responsible for providing a model who meets the requirements given prior to class.

  • If you cannot secure a model, HairByEster Education will try to assist, but this is not guaranteed.

  • Models must sign all liability waivers before receiving services.

7. Safety & Professional Conduct

  • All students must behave professionally and respectfully toward educators, models, and classmates.

  • HairByEster Education reserves the right to remove any participant who engages in disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior — without refund.

8. Photography & Media Release

By attending, you grant HairByEster Education permission to capture and use photos/video of you for marketing, education, and social media purposes.
If you have concerns, please notify us in writing before class day.

9. Liability Waiver

By enrolling, you agree that:

  • You are participating voluntarily and assume full responsibility for your own safety and outcomes.

  • HairByEster Education is not responsible for injury, damage, or loss during or after class.

  • Techniques must be used at your discretion and on clients appropriate for the service.

10. Results Disclaimer

Education provides tools, techniques, and guidance — but results vary based on your skill level, practice, and experience.
HairByEster Education does not guarantee:

  • Income or client volume

  • Specific outcomes

  • Instant mastery of techniques

Mastery requires continued practice beyond the program.
